Because continuous communication promotes a successful relationship, my philosophy is to personally meet with each client at regular intervals during the case to map out a proactive strategy for resolution. The actions taken on your behalf are guided by the goals and priorities you set. Preparation, dedication, attention to detail and an outcome-oriented focus are my hallmarks.
One of the most common complaints I hear from individuals who have been through a divorce and/or other family law matter is “My lawyer didn’t have time for me until just before the trial” (or hearing or deposition or other deadline). I believe that a lawyer who juggles too many clients risks devoting the majority of his or her cases reacting to the opposing party’s legal actions rather than driving the case toward resolution. Ultimately, this reactive approach needlessly results in a longer, more drawn out divorce process and higher attorney’s fees.
I am committed to providing zealous, personalized representation to my clients by:
- Practicing exclusively in the area of family law so you can depend upon my legal knowledge;
- Limiting the number of clients I accept so you receive ample personal attention throughout the process of your divorce or other family matter;
- Promptly returning your telephone calls and e-mail messages;
- Keeping you informed about your case status, upcoming deadlines, and case strategies;
- Thoroughly explaining the benefits and drawbacks of available options so you can make informed decisions about your case; and
- Serving your best interests in the most cost-effective and professional manner possible.
I am fully aware that divorce, child custody and other matters affecting your family life are vitally important to you. The outcome of such matters affects your life and the lives of your children for years to come. If you choose to entrust me with your unique situation, I will handle your case with the utmost care and diligence that your trust indicates.
I look forward to the possibility of meeting with you to discuss your needs.
Sincerely,
